Netgear Genie is not showing connected devices.
I have a Nighthawk X4 R7500v2 router with firmware V1.0.3.4. When using the Netgear Genie Network Map from my iPad I only see the iPad as connected. However when using the Genie from my laptop I see all the devices on my network.
This used to work until that last firmware upgrade a month or so ago. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

1. What version of the NETGEAR Genie app do you have installed?
2. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app?
3. Does the issue persist on other iOS devices?
4. Are you logged in on the app before viewing the network map?

App version. 2.4.38
Yes I have removed app and reinstalled on both my ipad and iphone.
Happens on ipad and iphone6.
Yes Im logged into app prior to viewing.
