    1. What is the model number and firmware version of your device?

    2. Have you tried re-installing the app?

    3. What is the operating system of your computer?

    4. Does the issue persist on your other devices (Windows, MAC)?

      Yes Ive reinstalled the app Im using windows 10 pro the issues happens to all other devices windows.

  • My Netgear Genie contiues to crash (around six times today so far). It looks like in prior threads this has been an issue since 2013? Also, the link has expired and cannot download the older version.

     

    I am using a MAC laptop.
