Nether Genie and Finder conflict

Downloaded Genie on my Mac. Now finder will not close and the light green genie screen(blank) stays open. Desktop is not available. What to do? Last update on Mac.

1. Have you tried force closing the Genie app as suggested by storm1985?

2. What is the OS X version of your Mac?

3. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app?

4. Did you encounter an error message? If yes, what is the error message and please provide a screenshot if possible.

1. Yes, it did not work. I can't force quit it, the only option I have is to relauch Finder.2. Version 14.03. Yes, did not work4. No error message.ThanksPlease HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
