Nighthawk android aplication not connecting outside network

I have a Nighthawk RAX54 (AX6) and the android application on the phone but I cannot connect to the router if I am outside the wifi network. This was previously working. I have the latest version of the application on android, likewise in the router.

Does anyone have any idea how to connect with the android application while outside home network?

    Which app version?

     

    Android went through a round of that last month. But the latest version fixed it for most users.

    The version I have is 2:21.1.2602.

    I tried to activate 'Access anywhere' but when I go back it deactivates itself.

    I can't still access the router over the internet. Should I uninstall the application and then try to reinstall it?

      I have installed and uninstalled the application 3 times without success. Does anyone have a clue about how to solve this problem?
