Nighthawk app broken
This app seems to be constantly failing on me. The error message is “Logon Timed Out”. I have reset everything several times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I guess the only way to update the device is through the app. Does anyone know a way around this or how to fix it?

They are just two of the oldest and longest running conversations in this saga.
We are all waiting for Netgear to fix the apps.
In the meantime, use the browser graphical user interface (GUI) as far as possible.

Hello,
Simply turn off your device for some time and restart it again. Once the system loads again, launch the Nighthawk app on your device and try to log in to your router to see if the issue is still around.
