Nighthawk App not retaining Saved device names

I have an R6020 AC750 WiFi Router and I run the Nighthawk App on my Nokia phone (Android 10). There are 2-3 devices that always show up in the Device Manager as "Unknown". I have identified what these devices are and EDITED and SAVED their Names in the App, but the edits are not being retained, if I close the App and reopen it, those devices are back to "Unknown". As far as I know the App is the latest version - V2.6.4.1264  Anybody know anything about this issues ?

    May you reinstall the Nighthawk app and power cycle your router.

      Thanks for your suggestion, just finished going through that process, unfortunately it did not make any difference at all.

        Thanks for confirming. May you access the router's admin page by visiting http://www.routerlogin.net/ using a web browser. Please let me know if you're able to edit the attached devices list using the admin page.
