Nighthawk RS200 - White screen via andriod nighthawk app

Nighthawk app very briefly shows main home screen, but then turns too a solid white screen with a blue header.

Unable to screenshot due to in app security policy. Report bug works, but no confirmation so.....

Only able to gain access via PC/Chrome browser.

  • No way to contact their support team for their app if your product support period has expired. If you want support they expect you to pay for it. Their support has become complete **bleep**. Its their app thats the issue not the Netgear hardware. they should have an option to get support for it.

  • I also have a white screen with a Samsung S24 Ultra. I went through all the suggestions. Screen captures enabled, set to phone mac, nothing private or random and still white screen. cleared data & cache, Disabled mac access control filtering in router settings (using pc since I cant connect with app) uninstalled and reinstalled app. Paid over $600 for their router and they want us to use the app but cant. This seems to be a common problem and suggestions don't work and Netgear isn't addressing this. What a joke.

        Be sure that the Android OS is not blocking screen captures or screen shots for applications. Nighthawk app doesn't prevent screenshots or captures. Only the mobile OS can do that.
