No Drop Down Option in Genie for Remote Access

Hello,

I am able on one of my computers at work to remorely access my router via the Genie app. I can also remotely access it via the iOS Genie app as well (Mac OS). On one computer in particular I can't and I do need access from this computer from time to time. The problem? I am not given the option to select Remote Acess from the dropdown (see attached). Thoughts?

  • That screen shot seems to show that the genie isnlt working at all.

     

     

    You may need to give more details of what you are doing.

        Hi techmasterflash,

         

        1. What version of the Genie app do you have installed?

        2. Is it the same version on the other working computer?

        3. What macOS version is the computer using (on the working and non-working)?

        4. Have you tried uninstalling an re-installing the app?
