Pause Internet not woring in Genie

I installed Genie from Play Store today. The Pause Internet feature does not work. Actually parantal control is also not working. I set the filter to high, but nothing is blocked for the device.  I have Netgear wndr4700.

    Hi blinmh,

     

    1. What is the firmware version of the router?

    2. Please make sure that the DNS values on the router UI are set to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.

    3. Please try using another device (another Android, iOS).

      Hi Dexter,

       

      1. The router firmware version is 1.0.0.52, which is latested on the download website.

      2. The DNS server values are set currectly.

      3. I tried both PC and Andriod phone. I see the same issue, Puase Internet does not work.

       

      I have WNDR4700 router.
