R6220 - Wifi Analytics wont get connected

Hi,

The router R6220 has been connected and I was able to access internet.

The WIFI Analytics feature placed within Netgear Genie Androd App says its Not Connected and iam not able to use any of the feature in that option.

I tried installing the Netgear WIFI Analytics as stand alone app, still its not getting connected. Tried with both the bands.

Rest of features in Netgear Genie Androd App works good and it shows the established connections correctly.

Please advise.

Thanks,

Sarav

    Hi Sarav,

    1. What is the firmware version of the router?

    2. What version of NETGEAR Genie do you have installed?

    3. Do you have it installed on a wireless device?

    4. Have you tried using another device (wireless capable computer, smartphone, tablet)?

    5. Are you getting an error message? If yes, what is the error message?

    6. Please provide a screenshot if possible.

    Regards,

      Hi Sarav,

Thank you for providing the information. I have done my own test on an Android device running 6.0 and did not encounter the issue. What is the model number of your device?

      Regards,

      Hi Sarav,

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app? This is possibly an interoperability issue. Please make sure that the app is up to date once an update is available.
