R7000 Nighthawk - Internet connection keeps dropping.
I have the R7000 router and it has been working well for some time. Lately I find that I no longer have Internet connectivity via wired or wireless devices. I would log in to the router, and see that Internet is marked as disconnected. After logging out, I would turn off the router, wait a min and start it back up and then I would be connected again.
I am using a Cable Internet service with Rogers (in Canada) so there is no login info needed to access it.
Has anyone else had any issues with their Internet connectivity via Cable Internet and can suggest somethings to check. I can't recall the firmware version I hae but it was updated within the last month.
Thanks

Hi @hightech,
1. Have you checked if the connection straight from the modem is stable?
2. Have you tried changing the cable that is connecting the modem to the router?
3. Please check the firmware version of the router.
4. Have you tried resetting the router?

Hi @HaneyEdw,
You can manually update the router's firmware then reset and reconfigure the settings. You may refer to the links below for the steps.
