R7960P (AC3600) will not detect internet; another router works no problem

Moved to new home. My R7960P was working fine at old home. Now, everyting okay EXCEPT router will not detect internet. I tried a reset and powering router and computer off and on -- no joy.

Tried another router -- works fine. I'm out of ideas.
