Should work, may work... but it does not. I think you've missunderstood the issue. No one is having a problem updating or accessing via Ethernet. It's that the Genia app DOES NOT work with the latest firmware.

Is there any solution to this yet? I can no longer use the destop application or the iphone/ipad applications. I can only log onto the router via the webpage.
