RAX50 V1.0.16.132_2.0.92 - NOT DISPLAYING ATTACHED DEVICES DETAILS PROPERLY

When I am using the Nighthawk App, under the details of the Device Manager of Devices Online...it shows the devices but it doesn't show IP Address even if the device is connected via hard wired connection no IP Address is displayed on the App.  Details provided are as follows:

NETGEAR Armor: Available or Not Available

Assigned Profile: Whatever the name you gave for each Profile of Device Areas

Connection Type: Ethernet or Wi-Fi 2.4GHz or 5GHz or Guest Wi-Fi 2.4GHz or 5GHz

Link Rate: Available on (Wi-Fi Connection ONLY sometimes) and Shows Nothing (Not Available on Wired Connection)

IP Address: NOT DISPLAYED

MAC Address: DISPLAYED

When connected sometimes it shows Green Dot but it doesn't show the connection type, in others it shows is connected and in others is not connected when has Link Rate.

Also not been able to see IP Address on the App
make it hard to diagnose the device connected without going to the browser management webpage.

Hi, I have an Android 13 & 14 and iOS 18... and this happens on All OS environments.

In Android, first loads dashboard, look at devices connected number, then when enter to see devices it shows the new profiled menu and as you inside the device individually you see some details not everything.

In iOS, first loads dashboard, look at devices connected number, then when enter to see devices it shows a different menu, you can go inside individual device and see All details including IP Address, Link Status and etc., but after a bit and you exit back then it shows the new profiled menu and as you inside the device individually you see some details not everything as like Android version.

      Very weird and unexplained.

I have also factory reset many times and this doesn't really help and I have the most up to date firmware on both of my routers.

This problem has been going for quite sometime and it was fixed once before with update of Nighthawk App, but it has come back after some updated features on most recent.

Odd thing is that in iOS it happens on and off and on Android always the same.
