RAXE500 mobile app shows Internet Offline

This recently started happening to me last night.

 

I have the RAXE500 since Jan 2022, and haven't had any issues until last night.  My TV kept disconnecting from the wifi, my sons Nintendo Switch's connectivity started slowing down.  I checked the mobile app and it shows Internet as offline, then a few minutes later it went to online, then back to offline.

 

I rebooted the router, still same issue.  Then I rebooted the Frontier ONT, that helped for about a few hours then the router went back to displaying offline, then online, then offline.

 

I tried rebooting the Frontier ONT again, this time to no avail.  It just keeps going into an offline, online, offline cycle.

 

While the mobile app tells me that its offline, I however can access the Internet using hardwire as well as wireless.  The only issue I have is my smart TV will not connect to the wifi and it is slow for gaming.

 

My download/upload speed from Frontier is supposed to be 500/500MB, I am currently getting 500MB/4MB.
