Remote access

How come I can setup remote access from my desktop but I can't through the app. Keeps saying internal error.

    Hi Deb318,

     

    1. What is the model number and firmware version of the router?

    2. What device are you using (Android, iOS)?

    3. Are you referring to the remote login feature of the NETGEAR Genie app?

    4. Please try using another device (Android, iOS).

      Model# R7000 Version: V1.0.8.34  Apple Iphone6 and Yes having trouble with the App. and I have tried other devices.

      1. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app/s?

      2. Have you tried resetting the device?
