Unblock device

I have a Nighthawk and blocked one of my devices, but now I can't find it to unblock it. I have already restarted the router and checked Access Control, but I still can't find my device. I would appreciate any help. Thank you!

    Try a factory reset and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser:
