When you connect your drive
I have installed my new AC3000 and attached a 1T Passport external drive. I can see the drive shared with my PC and easily copy files to and from the drive using Explorer. The ReadySHARE Vault appears to see the drive but when start the backup process it calculates for a few mintues then says "When you connect your drive". Ever few minutes it calculates the backup again then reverst to the "when you connect your drive" notice. I'm trying to back up less than 300GB of data and have over 700GB open so drive space should not be an issue. Looking for recommendations of why the backup is not working.

1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. What version of ReadySHARE Vault do you have installed?
3. Have you tried re-installing the app?
4. Does the issue persist on another computer?
5. What is the operating system of the computer experiencing the issue?
