My Meural MC227 has the following problem: the serverstatus always says "offline" and it is not possible to connect using the app to the device. But the device gets a proper IP address and can be pinged. Anything I can do for fixing this issue?
NG seem to be aware of it and working on it?
You'll need to make contact with NG support and let them know if what your seeing and wait for them to get things corrected.
Good Luck.Mine somehow came back online on Monday (10/7). Was able to send some new images over to the Canvas. Now tonight (10/8) it is Offline again.
Any update Netgear???
