Meural Server Offline: Meural Canvas I and Meural Canvas II
Hello Meural Community,
We are aware of the issue with the Meural server that is causing the Canvas I and Canvas II to appear offline on the Meural app and my.meural.com. Our Engineering team is diligently toward a solution to resolve this issue.

I wanted to let you know that we have recently deployed a server update that we believe should resolve the issue you've been experiencing. Our team is closely monitoring the situation and is seeing some units come back online, although the process is taking a bit longer than we anticipated.
Could anyone confirm if the issue you were facing has now been resolved? Your feedback is greatly appreciated as it helps us ensure everything functions smoothly.

Mine has been back online for a day or so now.

My Meural is still not functioning, and while it states it is connected to my WiFi, I am unable to connect to it with the app

Anyone who is still experiencing offline issues here, please try the following
- Power your canvas OFF and then ON to power cycle it.
- After a few minutes, if your canvas still appears offline, check the below:
- Confirm that your canvas is connected to the Internet. Swipe down on the canvas, and under 'Device info' a properly connected canvas will appear connected to a WiFi SSID and have a valid IP address. If either of these are not true, you can try Restarting WiFi, or, via the app you can try 'ADD NEW MEURAL' and re-add your canvas to walk through the WiFi setup again.
- If the canvas is connected to the Internet, but it still appears offline from the mobile app or web, you can also try using the 'ADD NEW MEURAL' option to re-add your canvas to see if that helps.
My 2 Meurals have been behaving properly recently. THey are both online and they have stayed that way. It looks from here like the problem was fixed
