Meural Canvas II - Issue with storage, we are members and getting storage full message...

We have three canvases and we use them exclusively for playing our family photos.  I have put a playlist on each and when trying to add a new one it says our storage is full.  I have deleted all playlists and it's still saying that all storage is full.

 

1) I am a member and have 3 Meurals, and we are only getting 20 GB of storage which is sad.

2) I can't find any place that says my storage balance and what is uploaded, I can only find a 0% Remaining Storage in my profile?

 

How do I clear my storage out and why doesn't deleting the pictures from my playlists affect my storage?

Why aren't I getting more storage with multiple devices?

    Hi Todd,

     

    Are you using the Meural app to view your storage/pictures?

      Yes, we were, but the app always shows disconnected. - evidently many many people are having this problem.
