Meural is offline
I could not figure out how to post this as a response to the stream that is already started on this subject, I could not find ANY reply options, so I came here. I sent this to Netgear this morning after they sent me a page of instructions, and would love to hear of any of the other users have the same observations
I have done all of this, the frame is very close to the router already. I think the problem is the Netgear server Meural pissaro 535 (#7). Under the Frame's wifi menu, my network is listed and it shows online (not always) but the Meural webpage (or app) still says offline. When I upload a picture, the PC app says it is uploaded and even lets me put it into a playlist. However, after that, the PC app never says ON MUERAL, which from the look of the rest of the pictures, that is necessary for me to actually see it on the Meural Frame

Not much else can be done. All in NGs hands currently. You'll need to keep in contact with NG support and be patient while NG gets this figured out.
