Netgear Meural, blank screen after logo...
Hi,
I've got a couple of Netgear Meurals and they're lovely. But, one of them is now just showing a Meural logo and then, after that, it just goes blank.
I've done a hard reset on the unit (put the power on whilst pressing the Reset button for 20 seconds) but still nothing.
I know the unit's receiving power and the screen's working because the logo comes up but I don't know what's happening after that.
Reading about the problem, it does seem quite common but, has anyone had this problem and managed to fix it?
Could it be that I need a different power supply? Could a chip need replacing inside the unit? Is there anyone in the UK that could look at the unit for me?
Netgear won't replace the unit as it's out of warranty so any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

after the reset, were you able to try going through the install process?
Or does it still connect to the meural app/browser for management?

Hi Mark,
After the reset, the Meural logo goes and the unit goes blank. Nothing shows on the screen at all.
It's almost as if the unit doesn't have enough power to boot up properly and shuts down.
As there's no power light indicating it's switched on, I can't tell if that's what's happening.
Should I try a more powerful power supply?
