New wifi connection 2017 Meural

Hi all

I have 3 Meural canvases that I purchased in 2017 prior to netgear taking over.

They were great until I changed my wifi provider. I entered the walkthrough as instructed but don’t get a QR code as requested by the app. I just get the screen in the attached photo!

I tried entering the serial code manually but keep getting told it is already assigned to an account.

I can’t even get out of this screen to look at the photos that are on the frames

Please help!

  • I'm having same issue. Lost WiFi connection and now frozen on set up page identical to your image. Any luck on your end yet. I see that no one replied with a fix. Thanks. Jacque

      I figured it out.

      You need to factory reset your canvas (search online and you’ll find instructions). You then need to open the app and select connect canvas - where it asks for the QR code it say “don’t see code” underneath - click this. You will be asked for the product code, this is on the back of your frame and usually starts “MEU” - put this in and follow the instructions.

      Netgear support have been totally useless for me. Had to figure this out myself. Good luck!
