Adding a add on mesh ms60 to my system
I have tried everything, I just purchased a ms60 add on to add to my system. It flashes white for a few minutes then turns red. On the app it says it can’t find it when it flashes white.
I have tried resetting the new ms60, I have rebooted the router (main mr60) I even have the on either end of the couch to try and connect, flashes white then goes red after a few minutes.
it will not connect! I am at a loss.
HELP PLEASE!

I did that because I recall seeing similar issues in the past.
For a start, did you ensure that all devices are on the same firmware?
Have you tried using the browser graphical user interface (GUI) to add the satellite?
