cant play or connect to call of duty servers using nighthawk m5 and mk63 mesh system
.hello i just upgraded my previous Nighthawk m1 with tp link ac1750 router to my new nighthawk m5 connected to my new nighthawk mk63 mesh system. everything works fine but i can't play call of duty games on my ps5. i believe i had the same issue when i first had my m1 but i forgot what i had to do to fix my issue. i tried changing the dns server on my ps5 to google dns which didnt help. i port forwarded my ps5 in my nighthawk mk63 settings and that didnt help. i port forwarded cod and that doesnt help. rebooted everything and nothing works. i am able to play other multiplayer games on my ps5 such as yugioh master duel but thats the only other game i tried, but for sure i cant connect to COD servers
update: i tried my old router tp link ac1750 with the new m5 and i can play cod games without any setting changes... not understanding whats going on

You mgiht set a static IP address on the MRs web page under Advanced tab/Internet. Change from DHCP to Static, input that IP address, Subnet mask would be 255.255.255.0 I believe, Gateway would be the M5 IP address seen on it's LAN side so maybe thats 192.168.1.1 or could 192.168.0.1. DNS you can use the M5s IP address on the LAN or use a custome DNS addresses.
Or easiest would be to configure the MR for AP Mode then and use the M5 as your host router with its limited router features.

ok new update.... installed the mk63 back and i can play cod now.... weird
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Thank you.so i believe it has something to do with the nighthawk mesh router, i used the hotspot device by itself with no routers connected to it and connected the wifi from the hotspot to the ps5 and i was able to connect to the cod servers.... what is it with the mesh router that i cannot connect to the cod servers?
