Combine RAX120 and MK62?

Hey there,

is it possible to use RAX120 router in combination with the MK62 Nighthawk Mesh System?

I want to use the RAX120 as gateway and the MR60 and MS60 for getting better connection in cellar and first floor and perhaps also a bit better connection outside in the garden.

 

If both systems are compatible can both MR/MS60 use backhaul via Ethernet? I've ethernet cables to cellar, basement and first floor and thinking of extending the wifi in the garage to have better connection in the garden.

 

Can anybody help me regarding these questions before buying?

    Hi Phil18, 

     

    You can use the two products but you will need to set the MK62 as a wireless AP.

      Thank you for your quick answer! And the EasyMesh is also working in AP mode? Is the MR60 some kind of controller or is the rax120 also a controller if both are in AP mode?
