Help!!Netgear M60 Mesh and Netgear Nighthawk CM2050V- VOIP not connecting?
I need help! I have the Nighthawk M60 Mesh router paired with the Nighthawk CM2050V Modem, running on Xfinity. I am a nurse and make checkup calls on patients online. I have to use Google Chrome as my browser, login with credentials to my employer's website, and then make outgoing calls from their call queue. I am unable to make outgoing calls - it attempts to connect, and then is immediately unable to and hangs up. I have tried using Ethernet and Wifi. I have also tried plugging Ethernet directly into the Router, but no luck. I have tried on a Windows PC, as well as a MAC. I have determined it is a problem with my Router. Is there a setting in the Router that is preventing my calls? I have turned off SIP ALG, which hasn't made a difference. I am desperate to get this figured out, as I am unable to work.

Are you connecting your system to the phone port on the modem or are you using a voip setup?
The details of what you're actually using for connecting/calling helps.
Did you contact your works IT department to see if there's any different configurations needed for your setup?

That's not helpful and didn't answer the questions.
Saying its a voip setup is like a mechanic asking what vehicle you drive and saying "its a car".
Details are key.
What phone/setup are you using?
Are you connecting it to your computer?
Directly to the router?
Did you contact your work IT department for help setting it up?
