I switched to Starlink for my internet. It works fine in my house but signal can’t get to garage.

Switched to Starlink as I live in remote are of Oregon.  Works fine in my house but my garage can’t get signal.  It is about 15 feet away.  What can I do to boost signal so I can use it in my studio in the garage?  If I hold my IPad by the window I can get signal.   What can I do?  Not very tech savvyThanks?

    What's the Starlink modem.

Some satellite thing out of Star Wars?

As plemans says, no reason why the Nighthawk mesh system – which one? – shouldn't work with it.

You have a couple options that I'd recommend trying.

    1. (what I'd consider the best) is to run an ethernet wire between the 2 and use a mesh system so the satellite is in the garage and hardwired in.

    2. If you get full service in the window, you could use a mesh system and put a satellite in that window to use.

    3. you could try putting a wireless extender in the window of the garage. I'm partial to the triband extenders as they have a dedicated backhaul between router----extender.

Brendajackson12 might like to consider option 4, if the mains circuit accepts it, is Powerline Ethernet.

If the garage is on the same mains circuit as the house, and doesn't have a separate electrical circuit with lots of fuse boxes and isolators, you can turn the main into a fake LAN connection.

But option 1 beats everything else.
