MK63 question

I just installed MK 63. When I look at the system by logging in from my desktop I correctly see 2 satellites. 1 wired and 1 wireless.

However the app on my iPhone says there is only one sattelite. Further when I look at the network map, it shows the MR60 (router) with a green dot. An MS60 with a green dot and a solid line to the MR60. Another MS60 with a pink dot and dotted line to the first MS60.

Anyone know what the pink dot means. A assume the dotted line means it is connected to the first MS60 by wifi but this ai guess.

When I click on the satellite connected by wifi it shows that no devices are connected to it. When I click details, it doesn't have an IP address or a Firmware version. There is only a MAC address.

How do i figure out if the wireless satellite is working correctly to extend the mesh.

Thanks

      HI Christian,

Thanks for responding. Yes, when I login from my desktop it shows 1 wired and 1 wireless.

However the iPhone app only shows one satellite. As I mentioned in my post when I go to the network map in the iPhone app it shows 1` attelite with a green dot and then a dotted line to another satellite with a pink dot. What does the dotted line mean and what does the pink dot mean.

        Hi araghava,

May you let me know the current app version your phone is on (iOS or Android).

        Thanks,

        Christian
