MS60 SATELLITE WONT SYNC TO MR60 ROUTER
HELLO
my MS60 satellite keep blinking white all the time. i had the system working fine for a long time and i unplug one satellite to take it to another room and since then the satellite only blink white like trying to sync, this is 3 days ago. i tried the app satellite configuration, pressing the sync buttom, turning of and one many times and before i reset to factory settings the router and satellite the network map showed 1 of 2 satellite.
I made factory reset to the satellite and it didnt sync and stayed the same even pressing the sync buttom many times, i configure the network with no problem and the network map now only show 1 of 1 satellite the other one the network cant find it or viceversa.
i dont know what to do i dont know how to see my satellite to check if it has the same firmware as the router or how to make it sync to the router, i dont think the satellite is damage.

Have you tried moving the satellite back nearer to the router?

- Eusile78AspirantYes all the reset and unplugging I have done it with the satellite near the router and still the satellite is blinking white and no change, even i unplugged the other satellite and plugged in to the power and start blinking white then red and then blue just like it use to do the one that is not syncing.

Do you mean that the second satellite, the one that you moved, does connect when you turn off the first satellite?
