Nighthawk and MR80 Router
I have a Nighthawk MR 80 Router and 2 MS 80 Satellites. The system has been operating fine for about 11 months. Recently I have begun to receive "router not found" error message on Nighthawk app running on both my iphone and my ipad. The network seems to be running just fine. The internet connections are solid and steady for all 20 devices attached to it. I have rebooted the router and the satellites numerous times with no success. No software settings have changed. It makes no difference whether VPN is turned off or on, with BitDefender or not.
The router settings at myrouterlogon.net have not changed.
The only oddity is that the Network Map on the Nighthawk app shows a green wifi logo for Satellite 1 and 2 and a red wifi logo for the router and the internet connection. It also has an error message that the device is not connected to the router and present a "Reconnect" link. This map is clearly wrong since everything works on my network and I can connect to the Internet.
My question is this- How do I fix Nighthawk app to show my peripheral devices to be connected to my router and my local area network. How do make the Nighthawk app talk to the MR 80 router to respond to instructions and commands?

If you're on iOS/mac, make sure that icloud relay and private mac/ip address are disabled.

Your recommendation worked!!!
I’m using iOS 15.5 for my iPhone and iPad.
Thanks!

Glad it did!
If you mark it solved it might help the next person with the issue as well as it prevents others from trying to fix it
