What Firmware version is currently loaded?
V1.1.6.6 when checking for updates it says it’s up to date as well.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Arris S33 and xfinity is the ISP.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
1800 sq. Ft.
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between MR and MS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
Literally 5 feet and through a floor an 20 feet for the 2nd satellite.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
2 neighbors on left and right.

Literally 5 feet and through a floor an 20 feet for the 2nd satellite. >This is too close for the 1st MS. 30 feet is starting distance. What happens if you turn OFF the 1st MS and leave the 2nd online.

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
2 neighbors on left and right. Do they have wifi and if so, can you see what channels they are using?- So I can’t get the firmware to update, but I unplugged the satellite closest to the router and spaced the other satellite a little further away. So far so good! Our phones haven’t dropped since doing it, and my wireless speed is soso. Speed test through Netgear shows 940Mb/s download and 40 Mb/s upload.
My Xbox is showing 41Mb/s download and 11Mb/s upload and a ping of 49ms.Ok so maybe a MS placement and distance issue and maybe you don't need the other MS...See how this configuration works for you.
