Port Forwarding trouble with Nighthawk MK63/MR60
To preface, my network is setup like this:
Fibre Terminal → GS105 Switch → [MR60/MK63] [PC] [TVs]
The Firmware is V1.1.7.134_2.0.65
My public IP is static to my knowledge
I've been trying for the last couple of days to my port forwarding issue with this router. Obviously setting the port rules as TCP/UDP and letting them through firewall. I've checked with both https://canyouseeme.org/ & https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ to no avail. Yes the server is running and actively trying to listen, I've been able to connect to the server with LAN devices. I've tried with UPnP on and off.
Something that I've noticed is that in ADVANCED Home → Internet Port → IP address that address is slightly different to my public IP. I feel like this is most likely what the issue is and after scouring through posts I can't seem to find the answer.
Also if someone would be kind enough to gather an advanced checklist for port forwarding I think that would be really helpful to a lot of people.
Thanks.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. Is the WAN IP address a ##.##.###.### address or a 192 or 172 or maybe a 10.something IP address?
Be sure uPnP is disabled on the router before setting up any PF configurations.
Be sure that your actively using the port prior to using port checkers.

I'm unsure of the model of the ONT, but I am using a cat6 connection everywhere. The WAN IP address is 100.XX.XX.XXX and the Public is 200.XX.XX.XXX.
