Satellites not showing up in Nighthawk App

I've seen several reports of satellites not showing up in the app for both orbi and MK systems. 

If they're showing up in the browser, I wouldn't worry about it. I'd wait on an app update. 

 

In terms of speeds, its very variable to what device you're testing on, if you're connecting to the 2.4ghz or 5ghz, and whether you're connecting to the satellite or the router. Add in distance and interferece and its tough to say without more specifics as to how you're testing. 

 

There's a lot of varibles that impact speeds. You could get from 40mbps to 400mbps depending on those variables. 

So the MS are not seen under Network Map tile on the Nighthawk app? Your pic doesn't show the Network Map tile or after you select the Network Tile app. My orbi satellites appear always under Network Map for my systems in the Orbi app.
