AC1900 Router with 24 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem keeps dropping connection
Good afternoon,
So, for the last few months (before the COVID work-at-home overloading networks), my internet has been dropping out. At this point, it's a near-daily thing. Both hardwire and Wi-Fi; my Nighthawk was basically not getting any signal. My ISP is Xfinity/Comcast, and I've had them out multiple times to check that their end isn't breaking. They verify that it's not them, and that it's possilby my equipment.
This is my second Nighthawk; the first one was the same model (i just did an exchange on the old one). The issue was still existed on the old one as well. My queston is two-fold:
1. How can I verify if it's either my Nighthawk, or Xfinity?
2. If it is my Nighthawk, how can I rectify the issue?
I do apologize, in advance, as I'm not well rehearsed in the technology. If you require any more information, please ask and I will clarify.
Thanks,
Jon

1. what router do you have? AC1900 is a speed, not a model.
2. what firmware is on the router?
3. What modem are you using?
Easy check if its the modem? directly connect a device to the modem. Use it. If it doesn't drop and stays stable with good speeds, its probably not the line or the modem.

1. Model is C7000v2 (I apologize for the oversight)
2. V1.03.01?
3. It's a Modem/Router (an answer I'm sure you could have reached had I not forgotten to put that in. Again, I'm terribly sorry about that)

Do you have any screen snips of your modem's cable connection page?
As well as your logs?
When the router goes out, does both wired and wireless devices drop?
Any amplifiers hooked to the C7000?
What devices are hardwired into the C7000?
