Cannot access XR700 login on PC, or iPad or iPhone other than Firefox on iPad and iPhone

So the only way I can access the routers setup page is via an iPad or iPhone with Firefox. If try any other browser on iPad or iPhone I get asked to enter password trice then say invalid password, (Safari and Chrome). When trying from PC cannot find router, (although can access internet fine through it). and cannot ping it either. Also, R-Apps are no longer loading, (although did when first booted up). On firmeware 1.0.1.20. Is this a firmware issue or overheating? Port is 192.168.0.1 and has a Vodaphone router/modem plugged in for modem. Would try downgrading firmware, but as can only access from iOS cannot do this.
