Question

Good evening, I have a problem with the use of Hybrid VPN, I have my subscription to HMA when I put the data, select a city and then select the device that I want to use the VPN the device does not have the VPN activated no matter what I try no matter what device I select for testing, does anyone have a solution? Buenas noches, tengo un problema con el uso de Hybrid VPN, tengo mi suscripcion a HMA cuando pongo los datos, selecciono una ciudad y luego selecciono el dispositivo que quiero que utilice el VPN el dispositivo no tiene el VPN activado por mas que intente lo que intente da igual que dispositivo selecione para pruebas, alguien tiene alguna solucion? Yes, I added the device on the right, but I still do not have the connection to the VPN.

Could you try connecting, then copy the VPN logs and send those over?

Download the OpenVPN configuration files from HMA and use it in the Advanced Setup instead of using the basic setup and it should work.
