R8000p Nighthawk random disconnections and lag

Not sure why but these past couple days the wifi has been beyond bad. Not all the devices can connection to it, and ISP said they didn't find anything wrong on their end. I did attempt to find some solutions but the closest I saw was changing the firmware? The current one I have is V1.4.1.50__1.3.10 so I'm wondering what firmware should I downgrade too to make all these better again. It's frustrating, especially for dropping so much money on the self proclaimed 'great router. Making me feel really ripped off and mislead by the reviews too. Lol

    1. what modem/gateway are you connected to? ISP's are great at saying "its not our line/device"

    2. when it disconnects is it saying "connected, no internet", is the wifi not broadcasting, does the router reboot? what exactly happens?

    3. Is this a new device? or was it working fine and just recently started happening?

Brand new device. Was working fine for the first 2 to 3 weeks. Then recently the wifi has been **bleep**ty. Random disconnections, slow speeds when devices can connection, or devices can't find the network. Worst part is that it says there is internet, but it's super slow. And the plan i pay for is above 600 mbps. It's frustrating lol.

The modem I have is the CM1100 from netgear since Xfinity said it was compatible.

Are you using WAN port aggregation? If so, disable it on the cm1100 and the R8000P.

Wan port aggregation has been nothing but issues with consumer devices and if you don't pay for >1gig speeds, its not beneficial.

        Does it impact wired speeds?

Do you have a screen snip of the cm1100's cable connection page and logs? it'd suck to troubleshoot the router when it was a line issue.
