Re: XR500 randomly drops internet throughout the day
I can't be that it's 5/2024 and there is still no fix, what's gives netgear!

Can you give more details?
- Set reserved IPs for your devices and that should help to resolve it
- would that be for all devices or for wired only? i have at least 70 devices, I'd have to do that for each one? Netgear really dropping the ball here.
Can you give more details? What does randomly drops internet mean?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.Is the top Internet LED turning AMBER when this happens?
