Im getting 83 mbps upload and 92 mbps download when i use the xr500. When using my isp router im getting 240 mbps for up and down which is very close to what i pay for. My connecting is through a cat5e cable directly coming from my ont no modem. My provider Frontier FIos ive tried all the trouble shooting and setting changes i could find. Your help is appreciated.

I have changed the cable same result. I changed the speed manually in qos and still had same speeds when i tested. The model number is FGO420

I couldn't find a thing when I looked for FGO420 from frontier. You sure its the model number?

do you have it set to IPv4 or IPv6?The device you're testing from, the ethernet port that its plugged into on the router, what color is it?
