Hi I have a XR1000 Router and when i try to log in with the 192.xxx.x.x it comes up with dumaOS not loaded yet. Can someone help? Firmware Version: V1.0.0.64_1.0.49

as stated above im using netgear CM1000v2 modem instead of an ISP provided one

Can you disconnect the power cable from the XR1000 for ten minutes, then reconnect it again and after a few minutes see if you're able to access the interface?

Be sure to clear out all browser caches before entering the XR1000s web page. Try a different browser.     Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? Don't load any saved config files from backup. Just new install using MS Edge browser?
