XR1000 pc login and mobile app issues
I have a XR1000 nighthawk router, was working fine but a few glitches resulted in me restoring to factory, since doing so my IOS app wont allow me to login, as it says "Logon timed out, please try again. If this issue persists, try rebooting your device".
Yet every time i do this it still doesn't work? Any solutions to this?
Next issue is when i try login via my PC to utilize the built in DUMA, my web browser continuously cycles the webpage but doesn't load?
Help would be appreciated.

FYI: Nighthawk App Timed out Issue! | NETGEAR Communities
What browser are you using? Try MS Edge or Firefox after doing a full factory reset on the router. Be sure you clear out all web browser caches before going to 192.168.1.1 after the reset.

How did you perform the factory reset exactly? How long are you waiting after a reboot before trying to access again?
Held a pin to the back reset button of the router for 7-10 seconds, then had to set it up again via nighthawk app. But since setting it up it makes you login to the app and it says what I posted above continuously..
Well I last time I rebooted I waiting 5-10 mins before trying to login to the app

Hold the reset button for 30 seconds instead, release, wait 4 minutes then try it again please
Will attempt next time I get a chance and get let you know if it worked
