Question

I cannot understand why Madden is not listed in the ping heat map drop down menu?! I'm pretty much stuck with the games that load in the ping heat map drop down box... most games that i don't play. The ping heat map is the magic behind most of the gaming with this router and if your game isnt listed to select the experience is average at best. I can only select Madden in the geo filter profiles and thats it and not in the ping heat map or any other portion of the router where you would select what game your playing.

Ping Heatmap just pings servers, it doesn't do anything other than that, it wasn't always a feature so you can still benefit by using the Geo-Filter and putting the location over your region to still get a great ping. I can make a request for the team to get it added to Heatmap.

Sorry for the confusion, I am referring toto the wrong thing. The traffic priority in QoS. Games are not listed there like Madden 24, etc. How do we get the games we want so we can select them? I have tried game console etc was looking for the game i can select. I tried the frostbite engine setting for Madden 24 since Madden is powered by Frostbite however I do not get download and upload packets registering in traffic prioritization so the frostbite setting did not work.&nbsp;

What platform are you playing on? Regardless of the game Games Console should work, if you're using a console that is the option you should pick also. We can update it over the cloud, I've already put a request in for that.
