XR300 — Nighthawk Pro Gaming Router disconnects alot

Question

himy router keeps disconnecting throughtout the day for like 30 second every hour or so. i have tried factory resetting ( it made it worse imo). i have updated to the latest firmware and I feel like it only makes it worse.&nbsp;would really like some help

Are both wired and wireless devices losing connection?
Are you able to access the XR300s interface when these drops occur?
Does the connection come back up on it's own? If not, what do you do to reconnect?

&nbsp;both wired and wireless disconnect&nbsp;I can access the interface when it happens&nbsp;&nbsp;the connect comes back on its own after 1 min or so

What is your exact physical setup? What is the XR connected to and what is the model of that modem/router?

Its connected through a wire to a router provided by the Service provider. From doing my own research this seems to be a problem with netgear routers from a really long time ago with no actual solution.

OK great, do you know the&nbsp;model of the ISP modem/router?

We have seen similar issues to this in the past, unfortunately the solution seems to vary case-to-case so we still need to go through these troubleshooting steps to see how it can be resolved.
