XR300 Disconnects every 2 hours
My router XR300 keeps disconnecting/dropping me from any game that needs a constant connection like Call of Duty Modern warfare or Warzone every 2 hours consistently. I don't get dropped from every other application that require a internet connection loses it's ability to connect to the internet. This includes discord, web pages, streaming show and anything else not in the game. Has anyone come accross a fix that is actually a viable option. I hate to think that I bought a router that was this expensive and netgear can't even come up with a firmware update solution. everything in my computer is updated and working 100%

- It's weird it is just the game, are you using the Geo-Filter? If so if you disable that do you have a connection consistently?
for some reason is only with warzone/ modern warfare. Everytime this happens my internet still works and others stuff keeps running just fine. This is the second same router that i get and the problem is the router. If i plug the ethernet directly to the PC from the Modem i dont have any problems i can play for many hours there must be a settings that i need to fix but i dont know what it is. My pc have everything updated plus mu ISP gave me a new modem additional to that i did some troubleshootings here on my pc and ebverything is ok. any solution for this problem
- Can you disable the Geo-Filter please and see whether the issue continues?
I also own the xr300 and I also have same issues. When playing a game like Warzone or halo it just disconnect mid game. Very frustrating. I was hoping they would have DumaOS 3.0 available for the xr300 by now but sadly it's still not.
I have my pc connected with an ethernet connection. Turning geofilter off makes no difference.
Gamer252 Is it just the game that's disconnecting or is the entire network losing connectivity?
What firmware version are you currently running.
The game just disconnects but the internet (web browsing etc) works fine. I don't know which firmware its running because I went back to my old router but I did do a firmware update not that long ago (less than 1 month) so it's probably the current version.
It would be nice if you guys can allow the Duma 3.0 beta for xr300 routers. This way we can test to see if it's a hardware or software issue.
