XR300 Not connecting internet through phones

I just installed my XR300 and got it up and running and working with my laptop, But When I try to connect any smart phones thorugh it All I get is connected without internet. 

Need Help figuring out why I can connect to the internet through a laptop but not a smartphone.

    Must be the XR is better at handling the devices in router mode, glad it's working!

      It is on both an Note 20 Ultra and a galaxy s9 and it is both 2.4g and 5g frequency. 

      It just kicked my laptop off and would not connect to the internet untill I reset the router and it was fine again.

        What modem/gateway do you have it connected to?
