XR500 + EX8000 not reaching gigabit speeds

Question

As stated in the title, I’m not reaching anywhere near my gigabit speeds. I have Xfinity and pay for 1000 down and 20 up. I get 20 up but only around 400-500 down. Is there something that I’m doing wrong? I use the XR 500 as my main router and the EX8000 as an extender.

Any help would be nice.

For wireless yes. Wired you should see over 900Mpbs or near it.&nbsp;
What are you speed testing with? Wireless or wired devices?&nbsp;

Good questions above, also do you have any devices still connected to your ISP modem/router?
