XR500 & Samsung Powerbot SR20M7070WS

Hello, I’ve changed my modem and router a little while ago and I’ve not been successful in connecting these devices to work (XR500 being the issue as I’ve done an isolation test) but I can work out how I can fix the connection issue. Has anyone been able to connect the two or similar device via a setting change somewhere?

    Is Smart Connect enabled? Try disabling Smart Connect. 

     

    What Firmware is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

      As above it is most likely to be smart connect, disable that and connect it manually to the 2.4GHz network. If that doesn't work try enabling guest WiFi and connecting it to that instead.
