Can't connect to the Internet on my xr500 pro gaming router. I also just got a new modem because ours blew and we set it up with the ISP but now my xr500 won't connect to the Internet. Please help. thank you!

Power OFF the XR router for 15 seconds the back on. Brand and model# of new ISP modem? BE sure to use good quality LAN cable. CAT6 is recommended.

If I'm correct the brand is spectrum and the model number is ET2251.

Thats a Hitron brand. Does the Internet LED on the XR router AMBER? Power a power cycle or reboot of the XR router, the internet LED should change from AMBER to WHITE...

The light is amber I've tried power cycling it a couple times and that didn't work. it would just keep blinking white but it's not doing that anymore.

So I plugged the Internet back in and the power light is now blinking white but won't stay a steady white.
